Instrumental Program

Our school provides opportunities for students from Reception to Year 7 to take part in instrumental tuition.

The school provides private music tutors in a variety of instruments including Piano, Voice, Volin & Guitar

Students have weekly 30 minute lessons and their talents are showcased at two Instrumental Concerts throughout the year. (Details are advertised in the Thomas Times). All enquiries may be directed to the Instrumental Co-ordinator through the Front Office.

Choir

Students from Year 5 - 7 have the opportunity to take part in our St Thomas School  Festival Choir. The choir rehearses once per week for 30 minutes with a Choir Director.

 The major performance for this is the Catholic Schools Music Festival which is held in the Third term at the Festival Theatre.

It is a great opportunity for our school to be represented in a combined choir of in excess of 1800 other Year 5-7 students from across the state.
