The St Thomas School & Preschool Board works in an advisory capacity to the Principal, to oversee policy development, financial management, pastoral care of staff, parents and students, capital development and maintenance planning.

The Board operates according to the guidelines set down by the South Australian Commission for Catholic Schools (SACCS).

Parents can nominate for a two year term once vacancies become available.

The School Board meets twice a term. Any questions regarding the school board can be directed to the Acting Principal, Adrian Grbin.
